谈不上赐教，大家都是在交流。

我可不是年轻人了。只是跟年轻人一样有点钻牛角尖而已。
我不知道现在的病毒复制、病毒结构、cccDNA等假说是否已经得到证实。如果已经得到证实，就可以确认表面抗原来自于cccDNA,因为现在人们认为表面抗原就是病毒的外壳。果如此，单纯抑制表面抗原的药物是不能消灭cccDNA的。

ps：并不是每个做科学研究的人都一味的追求去发表文章的。厚积薄发我想你应该明白一点。

Another good try.
1. Abbott and Roach developed systems to measure HbSag quantity because the science and technology are available to do it.
2. If they developed it for commercial reasons, well how come in America, Australia and most countries they are not used at all? Where is the demand?
3. In China, some hospitals do it, but for what purpose? If it is high, they don't know whether it is good or bad. If it is low, some say, like our Dr Wang, that you are on the way to a cure - they predict, they hope.
4. During clinical trials, drug companies may use their own non-standardised methods to measure HbSag quantity, just like they measure hbvdna, to give them an indication how their drugs are working, but it is NOT A DEFINITIVE marker, just one of many other markers.

Not being pedantic, there is a difference between "accepting" and "discovering". I query your 'fact" because the hypothesis is rather new, so how can they "accept" something that has only been proposed recently, in international journals?

If a scientist does not publish, then why bother to do research?
