This letter is good and helpful for all of us. Howerever, the best way to protect HBV(even HIV, HCV HPV）is to keep our private medical infomration secret and formid anyone else to access it unless getting the aprroval of ourself. How to fulfill that? Govermment is accoutable. Use law weapon. No company has the right to require the employees to do  such health inspection including HBV test. Secondly and also reinforce the labor law to pretect the right of the employees.
