In a restaurant, what does it mean by "sunny side up" or "sunny side down"?

Have you ever had "sunny side up" or "sunny side down"?

If a duck only has 1 leg, does he swim in circles?

there is a setence , maybe has some relation with "sunny side up" or "sunny side down".

Mary likes her eggs sunny - side up.

How about "over hard", "over easy " and "scramble" eggs?
Do you know McDonald and many fast food chains use powered eggs instead of real fresh eggs?

I think it was a typo. Should be Egg Powder or Powdered eggs. (Missed a letter D)

Many of the fast food chains, including all McDonalds use egg powder for its scramble egg menus. Because the eggs are perishable, they are easy to be transported and stored in this way. (All fast food chains have their own headquarters and disturbers; they can get those kinds of products overseas, like from China. So McDonald’s breakfasts never have “fried” eggs, and they are all by adding water/milk to the powders mixture scrambled. Same thing applies to the “mashed potatoes”, no real potatoes, and they are powders.

Today, eat smart, eat well, eat health, and eat “whole food” concept is a trend. Next time you go to McDonald’s, don’t order the “egg” stuff. Do your over easy or hard or sunny side up at home or in a regular real food restaurant.

I wonder how the egg powder is produced? Does it do harm to us?

McDonald's scrambled egg in the breakfast menu looks very attractuve, which I definitely couldn't make it at home myself. But I never order that because I think it doesn't look like eggs. It's fake...
