酒店规范
Indoor Swimming Pools
Particular care shall be taken to prevent formation of condensation at windows, ceiling and walls for indoor installations. AC design parameters must be selected accordingly. In addition, the M&E contractor shall co-ordinate with the architect and ID designer to ensure that building and building finishes, are selected to resolve this issue. The pool area envelope must be checked by the M&E consultant in order to identify potential air infiltration problems.
15.2 F&B Outlets & Function Rooms – Air Distribution
the M&E consultant shall take particular care to ensure that air distribution is of a high standard. Dumping of air is a major source of aggravation and guest complaints and must be avoided.
15.3 PAHU’s & AHU’s
Primary AHU’s used to serve multiple AHU’s require inlet guide vane controls (IGV) or other appropriate controls of air supply, as evaluated on a case by case basis.
AHU coil design shall be based on 6.7 degrees centigrade chilled water supply temperature.
Multiple coil arrangements shall be configured to allow effective cleaning of assembly in the event they are blocked due to progressive build up of pollutants etc. Where 8 rows per coil are proposed, they must have a gap of at least 100 mm between the two sets of 4 rows.
Many of the hotels are located in cities where air pollution is a major concern, resulting in dirty ceiling, etc. where air filtration is unsatisfactory.
Particular attention must therefore be paid to filter medium selection and mounting arrangement, including access on site for filter maintenance or replacement.
15.4 Access Requirements
The M&E consultant shall identify access requirements for M&E systems including requirements for valves needed for isolation, flow control and general maintenance of the M&E installation. Particular attention shall be directed towards obtaining access for fire damper inspections, access to FCU’s for maintenance including replacement of coils. AHU access for repairs & maintenance is essential and must be evaluated on a case by case basis.
15.5 Location of Guestroom Toilet Exhaust
For normal applications, the toilet exhaust register shall be located near the shower and if practical close to the toilet. Proximity to the shower shall take precedence.
15.6 Primary Air Supply to Guestroom
Primary air supply to guestrooms shall be ducted to the air supply side of the FCU. It shall not discharge into the vestibule false ceiling space or the FCU return air duct where this is provided.
15.7 Fresh Air Supply to Kitchens
Where hotels are located in either extremely hot or cold climates, the fresh air shall be treated to reduce discomfort of staff.
