US Liver:
The liver parenchyma is homogeneous throughout and of normal reflectivity.There is no duct dilatation and the gallbladder is normal in shape and size. The portal vein is patent with normal velocity antegrade flow and the spleen is normal in size with a length of 9.6cm(9.3cm last scan).

肝薄壁实质是均匀的, 正常的超声波反射 .
There is no duct dilatation and the gallbladder is normal in shape and size.
无胆管扩张, 胆囊的形状和大小是正常.
The portal vein is patent(open, unobstructed,or not closed开放，通畅，或不封闭的),   with normal velocity antegrade flow and the spleen is normal in size with a length of 9.6cm(9.3cm last scan).
门静脉是开通, 正常速度前向血流, 脾脏大小是正常的,长度的9.6厘米（9.3厘米
