马上要出国了,想写个英文病历,把自己的情况介绍详细介绍一下,以便以后在国外和大夫交流,请问谁知道该怎么写,有没有什么模板.谢谢!

Best to collect all your recent medical test results. All doctors like to examine you again for themselves and order their own tests. For Hepatitis B, they may just like to know when and how you contracted the virus, your recent test results and some family history. Good luck.

Oh.. I forgot. They would also want to know the drugs(if any) that you are taking. Do bring them along to show him/her when you see your doctor. Best, Stephen.
