我以前不知道自己有这个病,今年初检查出结果,3月份左右开始吃替诺, 当时吃前是7次方, 后来三个月后检查, 说只剩下11个(每毫升血吗?), 不知道是神马概念?医生说这个结果很好, 让我继续吃替诺.

效果挺好，刚用时肝功正常吗？

肝功能是正常的, 但是貌似有一个接近最大值.

我也准备用替诺了，要去香港买，听说要3000多人民币一个月，也不知道香港哪家药房信誉好，价钱公道？迷茫中……

Hi. Every one:

I am 40 years old. I am a Chinese in US. I am a chronicle HBVer. I have not been feeling well recently. My PCP suggested that I test for HBV. My test are as following:

hbsag +
hbsab -
hbeag -
hbeab +
hbvdna 10^7 < 29IU/mL
alt, ast > 2*uln

I went to liver specialist (GI). He ordered US and CT for my liver. The results come back good. No sign of fibrosis. I started taking tenofovir on 19Sep2011.

My GI has ordered my blood test again. He only ordered alt, ast and blood panel (red blood cell, wbc, etc.), no hbvdna this time.

My question: is my GI a good one? I am a little concerned that he did not order my test on hbvdna. The nurse only told me that when the tests (alt, ast and blood panel) come back, the  GI will see if I can stand tenofovir. If alt and ast do not elevated, then I will be on the drug for another 2 monthes. Only after about three monthes on tenofovir, the GI will order hbvdna again to see the level of hbvdna.

Oh, I have insurance and tenoforvir cost me 35$ for one bottle which contains 30 tablets. And I have paid 1700$/year for the insurance.

I think your GI did everything fine. We will see what is your result looks like in three month. Please do not forget to update your result. Wish you all the best.

看楼主9个月的检查结果，DNA已经降得比较慢了
而且肝功指标也降得慢
