Dear Members of the Hepatitis B Information and Support List,
  
The New York City Health Department recently published a new booklet, ³A
Guide to Telling Others You Have Chronic Hepatitis B.² The booklet is
designed to help people with chronic hepatitis B tell their close contacts
about their hepatitis B infection. We are currently looking for people to
provide feedback to make sure that the booklet is as helpful as possible.

Please help us evaluate and improve the new booklet by taking a moment to
read through the booklet and complete a short online survey.
