                    胃静脉曲张 2型（GOV2）
                    门脉高压性胃粘膜病变

如果是用的三级分级已经是大的（小，中，大），需要。 如果肝硬化儿童分级也相符不好，更需要。

我一直担心的问题是，一定量的血和血压，这里不曲张了，一定还会有新的曲张，那就是说，为了避免出血，我得有心理准备要终生做下去了。i am still young enough to teach! my students need me! my daughter needs me!

按照国际上的肝硬化上消化道出血诊疗指南，应用普奈洛尔是当前最佳方法。
如果对普奈洛尔有反指证或耐药性，则曲张静脉索带结扎是首选。但国外有报道曲张静脉索带结扎可显著降低出血，对死亡率无明显影响。

我会看一看普萘洛尔的应用情况的。毕竟套扎术是很难受的。
如果各方面注意再加上用药，能进行保守治疗和保护，。。。。。   
手术出血或意外出血也麻烦，我是B型血，但是RH阴性！！
麻烦。。。。。。。。。。

Don't forget, your esophageal varices are Grade 3!

In patients with significant grade 3 or grade 4 esophageal varices, rubber band ligation is superior to Propranolol therapy in preventing primary bleeding.

Also, I don't know if you are aware of that the dosage of the beta blocker needs to be increased in increments of various milligrams per day until a 25 percent (25%) decrease in baseline heart rate was attained to obtain the significant results.

many thanks to YUGOU! it is true that i am not quite familiar with the way of controling of heart rate... the day when i have the rubber band ligation is drawing near.... for only 30 days left in the summer vacation....      No 6 hospital of shenyang is my choice,  i wish i would be treated by some excellent doctors....
