Deena,
Liver is a very hardy organ , I suggest you eat a
normal balanced diet including proteins , which
do not put any load on the liver. Take minimal
iron as that can lead to faster HBV replication.
Take fruits and vegs( including green leafy ones)
but do not overdo anything.
Swelling of the liver does cause dragging right
upper quadrant pain but it has no correlation with
your ongoing disease activity.
