可能是对方传真机不在工作，发其他号码试试

楼上请看图 如果你的电脑安装了解压软件   把《致卫生部：人民网E政案第1301号》这个附件下载  然后单击右键 选择第三个  看图  就可以了  自动解压出来一个名字一样的文件夹  文件夹里面就是《致卫生部：人民网E政案第1301号》这个文档了 可以用传真直接发送
