Can anybody give me a suggestion?

Most recently, because of discrimination, I'm always unhappy at work. Therefore, I want to quit my job and find another way to earn money, can anybody give me a suggestion? thanks!

I would encourage you to do as you like. But, have you considered if the sitation becomes worse after you change what would you do?

Find another way to earn money steadily before you quit the job.

Thank you for your suggestion!
I have same idea with you several months ago, I try, but it is not easy due to the time confict with my currecnt job and  we have insufficient time to do other business if I still work on the current company.

It is a good idea, but it isn't a easy way and not fit for everybody.
you need to let go everything here and to be survive would be the first prior thing you need to think about.

Yes, the situation might be worse, my view is find a way to make myself happy and the income isn't the most improtant thing.
