一封写给HR经理的信及回信

This is HBVer.I hesitate a lot to write to you.
我是乙肝病毒携带者。再三犹豫写信给你。

I am a HBV carrier(XIaoSan).Even many laws and regulations regarding prohibating exam this such as Employment Promotion Law of the People's Republic of China.It required that(Article 30) No employment unit, when recruiting employees, shall refuse to employ a job candidate on the basis that he/she is a carrier of any infectious pathogen.But the barrier is still there.I never want to en__count any discrimination and refusal even I am able to win this position.Many company proclaim they are good, ethical and law-abiding citizens,but they are not in fact.I do not want to be treated as a threat to anyone even there are 0,13b carriers in China.I am one of them.
我是一名乙肝病毒携带者（小三）。甚至很多法律法规关于禁止检查乙肝标志物，例如劳动促进法第三章第三〇条规定：用人单位招用人员，不得以是传染病病原携带者为由拒绝录用。但是，经医学鉴定传染病病原携带者在治愈前或者排除传染嫌疑前，不得从事法律、行政法规和国务院卫生行政部门规定禁止从事的易使传染病扩散的工作。但障碍依然在那。我绝不想遇到任何歧视和拒绝，即使我有能力赢得哪个职位。很多公司声称他们是好的，道德的，守法的公民，但是事实上他们不是。我不想被认为是对他人的威胁即使中国有1.3亿携带者。我是他们中的一员。

This code in my blood restrains my dreams and career even I am talented and competent as a professional.
血液中的标志束缚了我的梦想和职业即使我作为专业人士有才华和能力。

I understand your chioce and Many thanks for your trust in my competences!
我理解你的选择也非常感谢你对我的能力的信任。

Anyway life has to  move on with this embarrassment encoded as a scarlet word in my vein as well as a chain in my neck.
不管怎样生命总要继续带着这个印符在我的血液和象脖子上的锁链一样的尴尬。

We understand it takes courage for you to write this mail and we want to thank you for your integrity.
我们理解写这封邮件你需要勇气，我们感谢你的正直。

However, till now there is no precedent case we refused a talent because he/she is a HBV carrier. And it is clear the standards that we Contact chooses a talent depend on whether his/her competency meets the position’s requirement. On the basis of that, we will choose the most appropriate candidate.
可是，直到现在并没有先例因为HBV携带拒绝一个人才。明确的是我们选择人才依据他的能力是否达到职位的要求。基于此，我们选择最适合的人选。

So the choice is yours whether to take the interview or not.
所以参不参加面试取决于你的选择。
