向美国总部投诉深圳分公司乙肝歧视的问题。

由于公司在入职体检和福利体检中检查2.5，在10月有向公司HR匿名投诉过。公司HR答复说不会以2.5作为录用依据，并表示讲继续研究。但是在12月份的福利体检中，仍然有检测2.5.所以决定收集了公司美国总部及各分支机构的领导的mail,发邮件向他们投诉，希望他们过问。
我是用google翻译，并自己稍微手动修改后发出去的。希望能够起点作用。
也希望大家给点建议，看后续该如何处理。
以下是邮件全文，由于不方便透露公司名称，所以用***代替。


Dear all:
I am very presumptuous mail to you, I would like to complain about employment discrimination on Hepatitis B in Shenzhen Branch of ***. In Shenzhen Branch of *** Group, detection of HBsAg are required in  entry medical and physical detection , but accordance with the law of PRC,It is illegal.On this issue, I sent mail to your HR manager in ShenZhen,but can not change anything.***,as a fast-growing business,has a strong R & D base and market prospects in China,should abide by Chinese laws and shoulder the responsibility of enterprises. Equal treatment of each and every job seekers and employees, and sincerely hope that you can attention to this matter and urged the Shenzhen branch of your group to correct mistakes as soon as possible.

关于HBsAg歧视
很冒昧的给各位发邮件，我要向各位投诉贵集团深圳分公司就业歧视问题。贵集团深圳分公司在入职体检和福利体检中要就检测HBsAg,但是根据中华人民共和国法律，这样做是违法的。就这个问题，我向贵集团深圳分公司HR负责人投诉过，但是不能改变什么。
贵集团作为一个快速成长的企业，在中国拥有强大的研发基地和市场前景，应该遵守中国法律并肩负企业责任。平等的对待每一位求职者及员工，恳切希望贵集团能够重视这件事情，并敦促贵集团深圳分部尽早改正错误。谢谢。

And，please don't be so humble，be arrogant. Since It's a human's basic right to ask for a job. And this right is given by god! No body can take it.

It may be presumptuous for me to mail directly to you. But the situation here urged me to do so, I have to complain about the employment discrimination to Hepatitis B in Shenzhen Branch of ***. In Shenzhen Branch , detection of HBsAg are required in  entry medical and physical check. And people who are find to be a Hepatitis carriers, Their chances of working for your company would be deprived. However, according tothe law of PRC,and also the right of every single human-being, It is illegal and  inhumanity. Also, according the medical research, healthy Hepatitis B carriers are competent enough to give good performance in his or her job. The Hepatitis are not contagous by normal contact. Except for sexual intercourse or other body fluid exchange, people won't get Hepatitis B during normal social activities. About this issue, I already sent e-mail to the HR manager of ShenZhen,but it doesn't work. ***,as a fast-growing business,having a strong R & D base and market prospects in China,should abide by China's  law and take the social responsibility. I sencerly hope that your company should treat each and every job seekers and employees equally, and wish you can pay attention to this issue and urge the Shenzhen branch of your group to correct the mistakes imediately. Since, Only if in this way, can make a great company. Only if in this way, all the talented people can have the equal chance to serve for your company's development.

嗯，总的来说不错，虽然还有语法错误，但是不要紧。
我的建议是要直接，开门见山的指出他们的分公司违法中国法律，对他们在中国开展业务不利。
我觉得还是有点绕。
