我就是不知道去澳大利亚后做什么，修电脑行吗？装装系统什么的， 我想先去工作，然后再移民。但看了一些中介办工作签证的都要9-10W，太贵了！ 我还是走不了

我也是Computer Science的PHD，如果有条件，建议你先移民后读书，有了绿卡，读博士是免学费的，而且奖学金的机会也多。作为海外学生，奖学金的机会很少。
对于Computer Science，工作学习都不需要体检的，澳洲签证需要体检但不查乙肝，验血是差艾滋病的，
工作看个人了，工作经验很重要，高学历帮组不大，除非你想在大学做老师

人事经理是60分的职业，有可能移民，

据我所知60分的manager是很难评估的，在freeoz咨询过有经验的网友。
