1. When you listen to any English program, just try your best to speak after him/her, repeating what she/he is speaking. Keep practicing. You will find that you make progress months later.
2. Find some topics, and try to make some presentations.
3. Find someone to talk with.

It is not so difficult to learn english, even ,oral engilish.
Practicing again and again.
Listening again and again.
role playing speaking by yourself.
Speak aloud. don't fear the mistakes.
Put youself on a baby situation to learn language..Just say naturally. Use the word pop out in your brain.

Current world is so easy to learn engish,. so many material and resource are useful. newpaper, books periodical, website.music ,video, TV, radio . Some many Engilish Program. even proudct introduction and indicator.
Anyway, English is only a communication tools.

Thx a lot! All the friends above! I was afaird that I won't got some one job opportunity because of my poor Oral English, however, I've already got it smoothly.And then,I am worried about the HBV this moment.

Keep health and keep your competence. Don't waite too much time on the out dinner with colleagues, friends and even customers. Take rest as possible even during works. Keep in mind that a short rest is necessary every hour.for example, just close your eyes for several minutes.
Never think to change to sales position that is not suitable for us.
Never drink alcohol and have enough sleep every day. and Pay attention to have nutritious food such as vegetable, protain, Vatamine, meat, eggs, milk. and don't forget to take fresh fruit.: apple, grape, orange. banana, strawberry and Fungus and Jujube.
health is important than job. Don't envy the promotion of your colleague. Take time and keep health, the day HBV is conquered by you, the prospect career come.

as above said, practice is the way to improve your oral English..
the more you practise, the better you speak; and the more words you will remember..don't care about any mistakes, as "hcs usst" said, "English is only a communication tools.", if the person you speak to know what you mean, that is OK.

I also am a AsC, I know what you confuse..don't worry about that, that we live happily is the most important thing! Keep a wonderful mind everyday, do what "hcs usst" suggested you, maybe oneday you will find the liver virus has gone...

You should be confident to yourself, oral English is not a big deal

Just practise more and keep trying. Or you can find a partner to speak English if available
