以下是某网站上粘下来的.声明,我本人是英语盲: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 今天把中级的证书领回来了，不知大家有没有看过中级证书后面的英文NOTICE，写的好烂，看了一遍挑了好几个很严重的错误，难道政府发的证就这水平吗？
1、This certificate is a valid document for engagement of relative Speciality and Technology. The bearer should keep it safe and intact. It is not permit to lent this certificate to any others.
4、Any counterfeit and any change of the certificate content is strictly prohibited. It will be punishment according to the state laws and regulations when any counterfeit and any change is found and the qualification of bearer will be cancelled.
（1）、明显的语法错误，不定式后面应用动词原形，此处却用了to lent,晕.....
（2）、any others，这个词怎么看怎么别扭，说anyone else不好吗？
（3）、punishment明显的语法错误，此处明显应用被动,应为It will be punished...
（4）、when怎么看怎么别扭，用if多好？
（5）、bearer这个词......
总之呢，看来政府的各方面水平都应该马上提高啊
