Have watched a film recently, named '' Anger Management''. Nice topic, but not nice presented, as usual ended up with typical Hollywood happy endings.

How do you control your temper? Or shouldn't we control it, or let it break out, which way is better?

I felt sorry thousands times for being rude or ridiculous, especially to my loved ones.

Here, you might tell me it's because you have a weaker liver. Yes, I will say, but it's not an excuse for my meaningless behavior.  Now, will use my first post here to remind me---Control my temper!!!

It's better to break it out, I think.After sharing the feeling with others, I will be comfortable. Unfortunately, for the busy work, I don't have time to tell my loved ones or friends. I can only hide that feeling or try to get rid of it. Weekends are the relaxed time which I enjoy most.

They are all risks, either breaking out or hidding inside. What I am trying to do now is keeping my feelings controled, think positive and constructive always. Do not give me chance to generate anger.

I quite agree with you to have a break during the weekends. I have got a trip this weekend, quite long for it. Hope you will have a nice weekend, too.

thks! i don't have time to go travel for these several months, and i wish i would go. maybe i will quit the job later...

You wanna quit your job to travel or just want to change another job to do?

Honestly, I am looking for new jobs now, and just got a call yesterday for an interview. Wonderfull, isn't it? Will try my best to perform well...

When angry, let myself calm down, one way is do housework, cleaning floor, then we bent our waist, to be humber, after finish work, anger may reduced;

And also go out for a walk and see the sights, bright sunshine, blue sky and white clouds, nice, forget sth in mind..
