首先是这样的，某大公司的大中国区总裁A没有带钥匙，晚上加班的时候被锁在门外，满腔怒火发飙，发邮件骂了秘书小姐B，邮件标题是“不要自以为是”。并且同时CC给了老板C 老板D 老板E 老板F。

首先，我做这件事是完全正确的，我锁门是从安全角度上考虑的，北京这里不是没有丢过东西，如果一旦丢了东西，我无法承担这个责任。

其次，你有钥匙，你自己忘了带，还要说别人不对。造成这件事的主要原因都是你自己，不要把自己的错误转移到别人的身上。

第三， 你无权干涉和控制我的私人时间，我一天就8小时工作时间，请你记住中午和晚上下班的时间都是我的私人时间。

第四，从 到EMC的第一天到现在为止，我工作尽职尽责，也加过很多次的班，我也没有任何怨言，但是如果你们要求我加班是为了工作以外的事情，我无法做到。

第五，虽然咱们是上下级的关系，也请你注重一下你说话的语气，这是做人最基本的礼貌问题。

第六，我要在这强调一下，我并没有猜想或者假定什么，因为我没有这个时间也没有这个必要。

网上讨论的热火朝天的，主要是中西方文化的差异导致，还有一些深层的原因说两人积怨已深，背后另有一些不为人知的事情。

此贴之所以被广泛转载，似乎为很多人提供了一个可以骂自己老板的平台，当然秘书小姐的代价是惨重的，到现在还没有找到新的工作。

Chen is lucky to be in China, not west, as, by law, secretary did nothing wrong according to labor ordinances. He could ask or remind her in a nicer way. However, I was told in Singapore it is very common that many management bureaucrats treat their subordinate employees like trash. As you know, Singapore is not a ideal place for individual to live. It is a nice, clean and developed country but with no civilized humanity.

为了生存就要看人脸色，忍气吞声? 为了往上爬从巴结到陪老板睡觉，手段用尽? 一天8个小时最黄金的时间全部是为了让老板开心? 稍有不慎，惹老板不开心了，不但危害自己生存还连累配偶孩子......

显而易见的奴性文化，大家不知道有什么看法？

PS:

对多数人来说公司政治经常比国家政治还重要。国家不好的，公司也不好了。国家好的，至少你在公司外还有自由。

全球来看，欧洲劳工还真的过得比较自由，公司文化比美国的还好些呢。

不知作者-流传转发的人和大家是怎么理解的。实际上瑞贝卡虽用中文，其实代表了西方文化。她老板虽用英文，却代表了腐朽的东方文化。最不要脸的人就是这样的，外洋内中。衣服不可一世大老板的样子，还好它仅仅是个众多地区的老板，不然还得了？说过了，他应该庆幸这个发生在中国。
