我觉得我一直都没有形成英文能力

我惹谁了？

只是会考试，具体的应用不行，就感觉自己的写作不行，说口语时都是言之无物。

想说好口语是否应该多背单词啊？

I share the same idea, if you want to improve your English,you will have to practise more. Also you can't make it in one night,so make a plan and stick to it everyday, I am sure you will get something after half a year.

In fact I could speak to my customer in my working time,but I often find that I could not express my feeling in correct words or sentences,how to say?"言之无物"

I know the how it feels because I have experienced that before! My suggestion is you should read and recite some good short sentence because you have no enough stuff to express youself! You can download some and print them out,and recite 20~30 setenses everyday! I think it will work if you stick to it!
