有IT方面的战友要跳槽的吗？这段时间公司好像一直在招人，如果觉得条件合适我可以帮助推荐一下，一般都要2～3年工作经验的，IBM的入职体检只有一个胸透的，下面是今天hr群发的一个招聘信息。

Job Title: Software Engineer (Enterprise Content Management)
Band: 6/7
Position Available: 4
Location: BeiJing

Job Description:
- Java Web application development
- Database utility/stored procedure development

Qualifications:
- MS degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- Excellent written/spoken English
- Good communication skill
- Good teamwork
- Fast learning and self-motivated

Skills Requirements:
- Good programming skills with Java, Swing, Web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, PHP...)
- Good Knowledge on J2EE, WAS
- Experienced with DB2, Oracle, SQL Server
- Good programming skills with stored procedure, UDF, Proc*c, PL/SQL, C/C++
- Working knowledge of Unix (Solaris/Linux/AIX) and Windows Sytems
- Good English verbal and written communication skills
