<>今天，是一个历史性的日子，今天出版的《东方今报》刊登了由我论坛战友发起、设计、出资刊登的整版公益广告《消除乙肝歧视，共建和谐社会》。</P>
<>中国第一个乙肝公益广告诞生了！</P>
<>这同时也是中国第一个由民间捐款所做的公益广告！</P>
<>刊登乙肝公益广告的活动，由我论坛战友发起，目的是为了纪念《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》非歧视条款生效一周年（去年12月1日修订生效的《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》第16条规定：“任何单位和个人不得歧视传染病病人、病原携带者和疑似传染病病人”）。</P>
<>这一活动创意得到了论坛全国各地战友的响应，郑州、深圳、北京、上海、石家庄、广州、惠州等地战友都自发组织了捐款聚会，兄弟网站“战胜乙肝网”也为我们提供了全力支持，中国肝炎防治基金会也提供了大力协助，在短短十几天里，就筹集了广告款两万元！并且完成了广告方案的设计！</P>
<>今天，这个满载着我论坛战友心血和热望的广告如期刊登，这个广告作为我们乙肝携带者对《传染病防治法》非歧视条款生效一周年的纪念，将向全社会宣示我们乙肝携带者“消除歧视，共建和谐”的期盼，宣示我们乙肝携带者对《传染病防治法》非歧视条款切实落实的期待，我们相信，在我们不懈的努力下，在全社会的共同支持下，我们的呼声一定能够变成现实！</P>
