前些天看到关于“child to child ”意思的讨论，现在那帖子找不到了。
我从WHO出的一个guide中看到一句话：
The most important mode of HBV transmission globally is perinatal.... another one is from child to child during early life resulting from blood contact.
我不知道那次有没有人指出这句话，如果指出了，那要原谅我罗嗦了，^_^
既然是"during early life",那就说明应该是儿童间的传播。

i think what me-sandy said is right, of which the chinse meaning is :

在世界范围内乙肝病毒传染的主要途径是母婴传染, 另外一个途径就是在孩子之间的血液接触传染.

I think blood contact can be the important mode of infection where the disinfection is strictly operated. So it is not the case in china.

Child-to-child transmission The spread of HBV from child to child accounts for most HBV infections . Transmission usually happens in household settings but may also occur in child day care centres and in schools . The most probable mechanisms of child to child spread involve contact of skin sores, small breaks in the skin, or mucous membranes with blood or skin sore secretions. HBV may also spread because of contact with saliva through bites or other breaks in the skin, and as a consequence of the premastication of food. In addition the virus may spread from inanimate objects such as shared towels or toothbrushes, since it can survive for at least seven days outside the body and can be found in high titres on objects, even in the absence of visible blood.

"HBV is able to remain on any surface it comes into contact with for about a week ,e.g table tops,razor blades(刀片之类？),blood stains,without losing infectivity.
HBV does not cross the skin or the mucous membrane(黏膜) barrier. Some break in this barrier ,which can be minimal and insignificant, is required for transimission.
HBV is a large virus and does not cross the placenta(胎盘), hence it cannot infect the fetus(婴儿) unless there have been breaks in the material—fetal barrier."
