Studies show that forgiving lessens internal anger and can lead to greater life satisfaction. Unfortunately, forgiveness isn’t always easy. You have deal with the emotions you feel toward the person who wronged you, and then you need to make a conscious decision to forgive. Try to separate the person from the act so that you can get on with you life.
