Is it illegal to listen to VOA in China? Don’t they try to interfere with it by using radio frequency jaming device and blocking certain IP spaces?

But, years not long ago , the English Club og our college reccmend menbers to listen to VOA, it was ok~~

No, it is certainly illegal in China. But chinese mainly listen to VOA for improving English, so it is not banned thoroughly. Yet the air interference exists.
