人说天下不如意事，十之八九；是啊，我们每天遇到或经历的不开心的事情，细细数起来好多。如果每一件事情都刻意的去雕琢在心里，慢慢地心会越来越狭窄了，那种东西会越积越多到头来怨天尤人的诘叹上天对自己不公了。

无论多么让人可以炫耀；亦或糟糕透顶的事情，日落西山之后都将成为过去，何必把那些阴暗灰色的东西往自己的背蒌里一件件装进去呢？越是在意那些东西，就会越放不下，最终导致背上的东西越来越重，最终被压垮。人们有许多的时候特别在乎自己在人群面前的表现，自然也就给了自己很大的压力，难道什么事情都要与自己的一生一世联系起来？

凭窗望月，它明晃晃的升起来，大地上的一切是那么的诱人，将自己的心融进这景色中，是多么美妙的事情。陶渊明采菊东篱下，悠然见南山的境界，放到现实中倒也不乏是一剂让浮燥的人心，得到缓解的良药。
