尊敬的CEO：
您好！
很对不起在您百忙之间打扰您！我是公司的一名普通的员工。这次打扰ceo是因为我个人身体上的问题。其实，我是一名乙肝病毒携带者，但肝功能一直都正常、乙肝病毒DNA一直都阴性（见附件）。并不是我不诚实，因为当时有相当一部分公司歧视我们，而我也不知道公司的政策，还有我不能没有工作，害怕失去朋友！我还有很多的个人责任要去承担。进入公司后，通过对公司价值观的学习，了解到公司极其严格地保护员工隐私。所以，经过很长一段时间的考虑我觉得我应该告诉公司,其中很重要的一点是：我再也承受不了这种压力了。
现在国家和社会对我们越来越关爱，有一部分省份公务员录用体检标准取消了对我们的限制，国家正在制订全国统一的公务员体检标准，受国际法和欧美国家的影响，国家正在考虑制定《反歧视法》，国家全面实行了新生儿免费注射疫苗。各大媒体也正在关注我们这一庞大的群体，积极地宣传这方面的科普知识和报道乙肝病毒携带者所受到的不公正的歧视。
这种病毒的传播途径，我也很清楚（见美国乙肝基金会与斯坦福大学亚裔肝脏中心出具的证明信）。在工作和生活上我会时时注意个人的卫生，我的身体很好，平时很少有感冒。希望公司不要因为这件事影响我的工作，我愿意为公司服务终生。我还有两条建议：1：公司内部搞一次乙肝病毒的科普知识宣传；2：每年一度的福利体检的体检项目能否由个人选择。

Dear CEO:
It is really sorry to bother you when you are so busy!
This time bother you because I have a personal problem on my health. In fact, I am a hepatitis B Virus carriers (HBV), but the liver function is always normal and DNA of the hepatitis B liver virus is always feminine(see the appendix). Is not my honesty, because at that time,in China there have some companies they discriminate HBV, and I do not know the company's policy either ,I am frightened of no job and lose my friends! I have more responsibility and I will undertake it. After I entered the company, through studying company values ,I realize our company protect personal privacy strictly. So pass a period of time's consideration, I decide to tell company the truth. Another important reason is I can`t bear this stress.
Now nation and society are more and more concerned about HBVer. Some provinces had modified Pre-Employment Medical Examination of civil-servants and had not restricted HBVer in civilian Rrecruitment (for example guangdong zhejiang ect). The central authorities are starting to establish unification of the Pre-Employment Medical Examination of civilian. Influenced by the international law and nation of Europe and America, the central legislature is think about to establish the 《 anti-discriminate against the law 》. ALL new baby can get free vaccination of HBV. Some having an effect media are concerned about HBV, and propagandize knowledge of HBV energetically and report the HBV suffering unfair discriminate against.
The path of spreading this kind of virus ,I clearly know(see attachment) .I will pay attention to personal hygiene strictly in working and living .I think I am very health and I hardly ever got a cold. I hope this thing do not influenced my work, and I would like to service the company for my whole life. I have two suggestions : a, Can the company hold a lecture about knowledge of HBV in our colleague? b, can the item of annual physical examination be chosen by individual?
