It means:
We are a group of HEROIC people who have a steady BELIEF to make the VICTORY of being treated equally.

In brief:
HEROIC people with steady BELIEF towards VICTORY.
Or
HEROIC HBVers with steady BELIEF towards VICTORY.

Flashee,u've done it very well .i know that sars has another expression ,that's sunshine,air,rest,sport,it's also an optimistic expression as what u mentioned above.
i think the former is better,cause firstly we r nomal ppl .then hbvers.btw,no matter younger or elder ,we r all friends here,do not use the word "qianbei"agian,hehe.
