棘手的问题，急须答案！

昨天去医院检查，结果出来后拿去给医生看，她看了眼就对我说“病毒携带着，不好祛除的！”--------废话我还不知道吗？，我问她那几相数据都代表什么意思，她显的很不耐烦，也许是怕我传染给她吧！！！我就走了，不过走的时候我心里说了一些脏话，呵呵。
我的检查结果如下：
    HBsAg  阳性    抗HBs 阴性  HBeAg 阴性 抗HBe 阴性    抗HBc 阳性
    ALT  〈25   单位                      TTT   〈6   单位
    TBIL   14.58  umol/l                    DBTL 4.34 umol/L

不知道我的病情到底是什么？那位能给指点指点，感激不尽。
有谁能解释一下各项指标的具体意思？我在论坛上逛了好久了也没有发现。

一、五阳，肝功能及胆红素水平均正常。

ALT、 TTT分别为谷丙转氨酶和麝香草酚浊度；
TBIL、DBTL 分别为总胆红素和间接胆红素。

He is HbsAg positive. That means on the surface of the HBV capsule, protein is released into the blood by the virus and its presence is usually indicative of HBV carrier state; the virus may lay dormant inside the liver, or it may cause low grade or high-grade inflammation and liver damage; This, we don’t know without further study of the liver, such as HBV DNA, Liver Biopsy and so on.

Current studies also point out HBV carriers has a higher incidence of liver cirrhosis and cancers.

If a patient is a HBV carrier who also develops cirrhosis, his/her chance of developing liver cancer is as high as 3% per year. That is a 60% chance of having a deadly cancer over a twenty-year period! Talk about the roar of the tiger after a long silence!

It is estimated that one in four HBV carrier will die of HBV related disease, including cirrhosis and liver cancer. So combined histology, biochemistry and viral studies plus necessary treatment is critical.

He needs to see a liver specilist and have his biopsy and viral load done.

生死有命，富贵在天。自己保养好，心情愉快，定时检查，把‘功课’做好就行了。
