LDLT 是一種有效的治療選擇,其患者和移植物存活率與 DDLT 相似。 LDLT 還可以減少 LT 的等待時間。
Superior Long-Term Outcomes of Adult Living Donor Liver Transplantation
Liver Transplantation
TAKE-HOME MESSAGE
This study compared the 20-year outcomes of 668 patients who underwent living donor liver transplantation (LDLT) with those of 1596 patients who underwent deceased donor liver transplantation (DDLT) in a single center in Canada. Overall, the LDLT group was younger, had a higher proportion of male patients, and had a higher prevalence of autoimmune hepatitis. The LDLT group was also less likely to be hospitalized at the time of transplantation and had lower MELD scores at transplantation. Multivariable analysis revealed that the LDLT and DDLT groups had similar hazards of patient and graft survival.
LDLT is an effective therapeutic option that has similar patient and graft survival rates as DDLT. LDLTs can also reduce waiting times for LT.
