缺乏有效根除乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)的药物及技术手段是限制HBV感染无法治愈的瓶颈。成簇的规律间隔短回文重复序列及其相关蛋白9系统是近年来新兴的对特定基因位点进行编辑的技术,可以特异性靶向HBV共价闭合环状DNA,有效抑制HBV DNA复制、调控HBV功能蛋白表达,有望成为彻底根除HBV的强有力基因治疗工具。如何利用成簇的规律间隔短回文重复序列及其相关蛋白9系统实现对HBV基因组高效靶向修饰,从而达到根治HBV感染的目的已经成为当前国内外学者关注的焦点。现结合国内外最新研究成果,重点总结成簇的规律间隔短回文重复序列及其相关蛋白9基因编辑技术在抗HBV感染治疗中应用的最新进展,阐述其作为彻底根治HBV感染方案的潜在可能和挑战。.
