建议计划使用干扰素二联治疗，和正在治疗（结束时间超过12周）的丙肝1型患者，在传统二联治疗方案中加索菲组成三联！


***美国肝病研究学会(AASLD)最新丙肝治疗方案1型已经没有干扰素方案，也没有索菲+干扰素+利巴方案，改为HARVONI 及 艾伯维方案。
***我发为个帖子目的是建议我国仍需使用干扰素二联患者减少治疗时间，增加治愈率，降低病痛。
