最近打算出国做薄厚一年，已经联系好了去处，美国学校那个部门的人事经理HR要求提供免疫证明

还是直面HBSAG+

我知道去了美国不用体检。应该也不会被发现，
过关不会被抓去抽血，有可能胸片

I think they are asking for evidence that you have received Hepatitis B vaccination, and not whether you have Hepatitis B or antibody to hbv. So two things you can do (just my suggestion):
1. Get the Hepatitis B vaccination and a letter from your doctor that you have the vaccination (it will not do you any harm to receive the vaccination, even though you have hbv); or
2. Get a letter from your doctor to say that you are exempt from Hepatitis B vaccination (without giving any reasons).

Please note, it is against the American law to discriminate people with HBV because of the Disability Act (see posts on this board). Second, their main concern is that you have vaccinations and not whether you have the virus.
