how do you react?

formula 1,
if x=black and y = white, it is race issue, and everybody ( or everybody with y) needs to search their soul. ( BTW, in this case, you are safe and qualified to 拍案而起，怒吼‘正义在那里’，）

formula 2,
if x = white and y = black, it is profiling, and the president is a racist if he/she has x.

formula 3,
if x = y, it is Miller time, and the president's comment can be ignored.
