1. 靶向型干扰素。原理是将一段来自病毒自身的前导肽通过基因工程方法融合到干扰素前端。由于这段前导肽有极强的肝细胞特异性亲和力（这也是病毒之所以能高效感染的关键之一），因此可以将干扰素直接传送到肝细胞表面，相比传统干扰素，用量更少，副作用更小，同时效果更强。目前已基本完成临床前研究阶段，非常期待其在临床中应用的效果，非常期待。

Interim clinical data from our phase I/II trial shows that our drug is well tolerated and has substantial antiviral activity in patients suffering from chronic HBV infection. The administration of our drug results in the rapid elimination of surface antigen in the blood which leads to the restoration of immune function, demonstrated by the return of HBsAg antibody production in most patients and a substantial reduction of viral DNA titers in the blood. The restored immune response in some patients has been potent enough to allow them to maintain long term control of their infection with no detectable viral DNA titers in their blood after cessation of treatment.
