为什么服用恩替卡韦后DNA正常了，但表面抗原增加到了6000

服用恩替卡韦一年，dna和胎甲都降低了，但每次检查，表面抗原都增加1000多，从开始的2000多增叫到现在的6000iu多，是怎么回事呢？是病毒变异吗？

恩替卡韦 lower the hbvdna level in serum, as a result you should have normal alt. that is what 恩替卡韦 does.

恩替卡韦, at least up to date has nothing to do with 表面抗原.

The relationship among 表面抗原,  hbvdna level in serum, alt is unknown today. Researchers are doing research on them, there are severall hypothesis on the relationship, but there is no found fact of the relationship.

Basically, you are fine.

NT 不是可以抵制病毒复制么，病毒少了，表抗不就是顺理成章应该少么？至少不应该是增加啊。

我甚至有点不信那“定量”检测。又不是数病毒个数，差个几千几万的，都不是问题。

when you are talking 病毒, I assume that you mean 病毒 in serum. There is NO relationship between 病毒 in serum and 表面抗原.  


There are some researcher are investigating the relationship among 表面抗原,  hbvdna level in serum, alt, cccdna in heptocyte. Up to date, there is NO proved relationship.
