I think you should: Get all the tests (二对半 plus hbvdna, alt ast, ultrosound).
then decide if you need to take antiviral. Stop taking 基本都是保肝降酶药.
If you 回加拿大抗病毒, some HBVer in canada said that you may wait a substantial time before you could see a specialist.
If you are naive (never had antiviral treatment), then the first line antiviral drugs for you to choose are entecavir and tenoforvir.
