You need first post you detail test results, hbsag hbsab hbeag hbeab hbvdna, alt ast then some one may give you some advices. You should also get some hbv backgroud youself. Chronic HBV is a serious illness, if you do not manage it well, it will have very serious outcomes.
低频肪冲治疗，三氧自体血治疗. Those are not hbv treatment device. You should not used them. Your doctor is not a good doctor, you need to change the doctor.
肝功能正常, 用了阿德福韦脂和乙肝舒康.
Without your detail test results it is hard to advise. But by common proactice guide line, if your 肝功能正常 then probably you do not need antiviral 阿德福韦脂. However, if you do need antiviral treatment (抗病毒) then up to date entecavir is the first choice.
In any case, you should not use 乙肝舒康片 at all.
