乙肝大三阳乱服保健品致转氨酶高

乙肝大三阳患者如果没有病症乱服用保健品之类的药品，会导致药物刺激肝脏造成谷丙转氨酶偏高，用药太多太乱，给肝脏的代谢造成了很大的压力，药物的副作用首先就是作用于肝脏，所以患者治疗一定不能乱用药。转氨酶反弹。有些药物降酶效果好，用药时转氨酶很快下降，但停药后又出现乙肝大三阳谷丙转氨酶偏高，反复应用后降酶效果会降低，以致没有什么效果。     乙肝大三阳患者只要谷丙转氨酶升高，就预示着肝脏受损，就应该采取必要的治疗措施，如果乙肝病毒DNA≥105拷贝/毫升，谷丙转氨酶(ALT)≥正常值的2倍的时候，就不应该仅仅局限于降酶治疗了，应该采取抗病毒治疗这样病人才能有理想的治疗效果，减少药品和保健品的服用，合理的利用药物，才不会对肝脏造成伤害。

在澳大利亚，这些降酶药物是闻所未闻的，从来没有使用过。我真的很想知道是否有任何的临床研究表明它们是否是好还是坏？

As you know, there are too many this kinds of herb drugs in China.

But some of them obviously work in reducing ALT, I just wonder whether they can be useful in managing, not cure, flares in ALT.

yeah, herb drugs do not need clinical trials to prove it's efficency, only people's experience through thousands of years can tell you it do make ALT normal.

The flare of alt is caused by the damaging of liver, damaging of liver is caused by the immune reaction. Immune reaction is caused by high level of hbvdna.

药物降酶 does not suppress the replication of hbvdna. 药物降酶 only mask 转氨酶. So the damaging of liver is still going when 转氨酶很快下降.

Do you have any references that "药物降酶 only mask 转氨酶"? What about the possibility that these "drugs protect" (albeit temporarily) the infected livers cells from destruction?
(there is also no literature to say that).

I think there is a paper to be presented at AASLD 2011 that will say Sillymarin (Milk Thistle) has no antiviral effect on HCV patients.

我很好奇， 什么样的保健品能导致ALT升高？ 说实话只有大幅提高免疫系统的才能提高ALT， 印象中只有替丁类药物能一过性提高ALT， 正是因为这个原因，我现在晚上睡觉前吃一粒法莫替丁。
