echogenicity diffusely,likely representing fatty infiltration .No focal hepatic lesions are identified.No biliary biliary dilatation is seen.The common duct measures 4 mm.The gallbladder is unremarkable.
The visualized pancreas is unremarkable . The spleen is normal size 10.0cm .The kidneys are unremarkable with the right kidney 11.1cm and the left kidney 11.2cm.The visualized abdominal aorta and IVC are normal in caliber No abdominal ascites is seen
IMPRESSION:
Fatty liver . No liver masses identified.
