I still have some question. My ALT value increase to 344
IU/L and HBV-DNA decrease to 7 *10E7 copies/ml on 26 June. Re-test results were as high as that of 26 June a week later.That's said that my ALT>5XULN, ALT and HBV DNA > pretreatment level. How Can I find that serious ADR appears.My physican suggest me to Use INF 300MU and take Lamivudine 10mg QOD in next month.Then stop Lamivudine and continue to IV INF. Is it benefit for me? I want to know Whether I have high danger or not.

Because you stopped taking lamivudine, the wild type HBV  has had a replapse; you probably need to take the lamivudine for a long time or the time being, as the wild type does more harm (flare, replapse) than the mutants; i know people are taking INF 5MU daily + lamivudine 100 mg daily for 12 months; if INF has too much side effect, one can change it to 10MU 3 times a week;

i think you can stop INF later but not Lamivudine due to mutation;

for ADR you have to keep tracking your blood works and physical exams;

sigh, looks like lamivudine is more like heroin.....hooks u up in the first place...then u find can't live without it!!!
