Cox regression analysis revealed that male sex, HBeAg negativity, olderage, low maximal ALT level, and hepatic steatosis were factorsassociated with HBsAg seroclearance.

另外，结论里提到，乙肝自发清除概率远大于乙肝死亡率，所以没事别乱吃药。

CONCLUSIONS:

The HBsAgseroclearance over mortality rate was 5.6 in this cohort. This suggeststhat HBsAg seroclearance is the main reason for decreasing HBsAgprevalence with increasing age in the population.
