How to forget

Sometimes we need to forget someone, or forget something. Because they are gone and never come back, if we can't forget them, we won't be able to continue our journey easily. I am not very good at forgetting things, but am I good at remembering things?
10 years ago I studied some computer programming, after winning the certification, I never worked as a programmer, just worked as a labour, a simple, heavy, repetitive job all day. So I want to test my memory, start writing a small program. Once I start, I can't stop, because I like it, and my memory totally come back.
During this weekend, I installed SQL2005 express edition in my computer. And I figure out the procedure to transfer database between the SQL servers.
1. SQL2008 TO SQL2008
Method A: detach--copy--attach
Method B: Backup---Restore
Method C: Network transfer
Method D: Excel---data import and export

2 SQL2008---SQL2005(it is hard, cost me whole day to figure out)
Method A: use scripts, make sure include the data option and select the SQL2005 server option

Quite a good memory, is it a good thing or bad thing?
