The new election will begin on May.2nd. That is the 4th election in the past 7 years. To gain the majority of the new government, Con party has a new policy to stimulate the economy. Harper said the conservation party plans to sell some territory to china in order to collect the money.

Based on his plan, he will sell vancouver and toronto city to chinese government. Vancouve has 200000 houses and toronto has 140K, the average price is 500k per house, which means the money will be at least 7billions, plus the commercial land and the total will be at least 20 billions. Chinese government, Mr. Hu is glad to accept this offer, he plan to pay 2 billion(130亿)as deposite, and pay the rest in 200 years, interest is 12%, an extremely high figure.
