Many thanks. The reasons I asked are  to ascertain how easy it is to measure HbSag quantitatively and what skills and equipment do you need. I am completely baffled by the claim that Prof Wang can simply ask patients to send him samples and he can conduct the measurement for $50. What the heck is his dilution method?

Your post only provides some answers. I have seen pictures of the Elecsys system (I think) but I have no clue what the Abbott Architecture system looks like.

我也没见过那仪器长什么样子，但是我相信测试ＨＢｓＡｇ应该是很容易的。

定量 貌似 很多需要稀释什么的

恩，知道这点就不错了，任何监测系统都是定量上限，超出了就得稀释
