关于小三阳的翻译

小三阳翻译成HBV carrier的话， 携带者又如何表述呢， 毕竟它们2对半的检验结果有很大差异的。

比如我是肝功正常， 1+4+5+，DNA阴 该怎么翻译呢？

英文里面根本没有所谓大，小三阳的说法

我觉得其实这样说也不科学

单看2对半也不能作诊断，基本还要参照肝功，DNA和B超

According to the old theory, if one’s serum markers indicated HBeAg (-), HbeAb (+), HBV DNA (-), normal ALT, liver biopsy showed no necrosis and there was no any other medical issues or otherwise healthy, one can be categorized as “healthy carrier”.

However, during the current studies, the words” healthy carrier” has been removed from the categorization. This is because that there is a lot of misconception even among the physician community - many think that carrier is more benign - this is a big "voodoo" - they think because your ALT's or even your HBV DNA are normal that you are a "healthy carrier" - this makes you let your guard down in terms of screening for cancer. So, once you have hepatitis B, you run the risk of getting liver cancer, and that is the population that needs to be screened!!!

Ps: There is no “big or small three” labeling HBV infected patients overseas. Normally they refer it as HBeAg or HbeAb (+) or (-).
