MHC=主要组织相容性复合物. 是附着在细胞表面的一种分子. 当病毒或接种的疫苗抗原进入人体后, 感染所要侵犯的细胞. 细胞内的酶会剪断病毒蛋白. 这些小蛋白, 或我们叫它们肽, 会被MHC识别道并且和MHC分子结合, 并表现在细胞表面. 带有这个肽和MHC结合细胞表面物质会激发肌体免疫系统, 给免疫T细胞信号消灭掉被感染的细胞, 也同时杀死细胞内的病毒.

当MHC和肽之间不能沟通, 就不会有这个免疫答应, 也就不会有T细胞攻击和后来的B细胞产生抗体.

加强一针, 不行, 改成皮下注射, 再不行, 两周接种一次直到出现抗体...

Thank you for your attention, liver411.Oh, if you try to think in pinyin, it's not difficult to guess. You see, this is my first time to sign up for a forum in the Internet. The idea occurred to me due to an article in Yangcheng Evening, which was about this website. The article inspired me to go to the website and the articles here made me feel a kind of warmth, although I do not belong to the group. What surprised me was there is an English section here. So I tried to come here and gave myself the name g(an)d(an)x(ianfgz(hao),05 is the year. I hope I can practice English here and give some support to the people here, if possible. The reason why I seldom write in Chinese is my written Chinese is not good enough. I am afraid that people would laugh at me. While writing in Englsih, I may make some mistakes, yet everybody here makes mistakes. And not many people read English.

Are you in US? which state? which city? My work has something to do with medicine, but I am not in the medicine.

Hi beat_it, I'm afraid you have overprasied me. I just want to prctice and improve my written English here. But I'd like make friends with you guys. I am a pure Chinese, and because I am Chinese, I know my written Chinese is not good enough. The worst subject when I was at college was E-C translation. Even if I understand the language well, I can't put it in good Chinese. That's why I'm afraid of writing in Chinese. I know I also make mistakes in English, but fewer people come here.
