Life isn't like what you said in its actual appearance,but when your heart prevent sth from touching it,,,it'll be far away from you. In my opinion,deep depression means deep wisdom,,,high intelligence....

When a man feel loneliness,,,'cause other people cannot achieve the height that he achieved.

If you want to go out of it,,, approve to more people who are wise,,, more book,,, in one's mental world he'll not be lonely any more.

Do you know that sleep deprivation has dramatic effects on the brain and how well it performs?

Sleep deprivation is bad for your brain when you are trying to do high-level [thinking] tasks.

In detail...in a person who is sleep-deprived, one part of the brain shuts down while other parts will kick in to help compensate.

Regardless of the brain's attempt to overcome sleep deprivation, a sleep-deprived person cannot perform mental tasks as well as someone who is well-rested.

For brain recovery, the early part of sleep each night is the most important.

and i know sleep-deprivation results in mental disease, one will be crazy or, he wil suffer from disease ,such as psychosis...

They are taro or taro root.

Thank you for your input and nice explaination. You seem to understand a lot about Depressive Disorder, OCD, Panic Disorder & Social Anxiety. Where did you learn all of this? May be I should talk to you more about this some time.
