yes, i also disagree. Here we comrades take great pain to find a job when we must sustain the discrimination and prejudice from ignorant people, whereas in other countries, esp. western countries, the health matter is protected well as one's privacy. Who can deny HBVer's proper right of work can be sued for the violation of 'Right to Privacy and Equal Employment Opportunity'.  Far more than a different experience, going abroard is a way of survive.
