20几年小三阳，肝功能和dna一直基本正常，
hbsag由300iu/ml上升到最近880ng/ml，这正常吗

According to WHO (2003 report)

The studies demonstrated that the units used to assign values to several commonly used
HBsAg reference preparations are not equivalent. Taking all assay data into consideration, the
results indicated that 1 IU is equivalent to 0.58 PEI units (primary) or 0.43 PEI units (current)
or 1.93 French ‘ng’ or 5.59 Abbott ‘ng’

据世卫组织（2003年报）

研究表明，这些单位用于将值分配给几种常用的值
HBsAg参考制剂不相等。考虑所有测定数据，
结果表明，1 IU相当于0.58 PEI单位（初级）或0.43 PEI单位（当前）

抱歉, 你的S抗是 22.63 ng/ml, 我不知道是高还是低. 下次要求 iu/ml . ng/ml 已经过时了.

我去网上看了看，说是一般1iu=0.5ng,换算下是45.26iu。:)
